I-Activ Menstrual Cup is a reusable period cup used to collect menstrual blood. It is made from 100% medical-grade liquid silicone for a soft, flexible feel. The cup may provide 8 to 10 hours of protection and is suitable for overnight wear and activities such as exercising, swimming and dancing.

• Wash: Wash your hands and the cup thoroughly with warm water.
• Fold: Press the sides of the cup together and fold it in half to form a C shape. Hold the folded side between your thumb and forefinger.
• Insert: Gently separate the vaginal opening with one hand and slowly insert the folded cup. Ensure it opens fully and forms a seal.
• Remove: Wash your hands with warm water and soap. Gently pull the stem until you can touch the bottom of the cup. Press the bottom slightly to release the seal, then pull the cup out completely.
• Empty: Empty the cup 2 to 5 times a day, depending on your flow. Empty it into the toilet, rinse it thoroughly with water and reinsert it.
• Clean after your period: Wash the cup with lukewarm water and soap. Place it in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove it and allow it to air dry completely. Store it in the provided jute bag.
