I-Activ Large Menstrual Cup is a reusable period cup that collects menstrual blood. Made from 100% medical-grade liquid silicone, it is soft and flexible. It may provide 8 to 10 hours of period protection and comes with a jute bag for storage.

Before use: Wash your hands and the cup thoroughly with warm water.

Fold: Hold the cup facing upwards and press the sides together to fold it into a C shape. Hold the folded cup between your thumb and forefinger.

Insert: Gently separate the vaginal opening with one hand and slowly insert the folded cup. Ensure it opens fully inside the vagina and forms a seal.

Remove: Wash your hands with warm water and soap. Hold the stem and pull until you can reach the bottom of the cup. Gently press the bottom to release the seal, then remove the cup.

Empty: Empty the cup 2 to 5 times a day, depending on your flow. Empty it into the toilet, rinse thoroughly with water and reinsert.

After your period: Wash the cup with lukewarm water and soap. Place it in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, then allow it to air dry completely before storage.
