Take 50ml of lukewarm water/milk. Add 2 levelled scoops of Groviva powder (30gm) and stir briskly. Add 50ml more lukewarm water/milk in the same cup and stir well. Once prepared, consume immediately for better results. Alternatively, you can cover the drink, refrigerate and drink within 24 hours. Mixing the contents in milk/water greater than 35°C may compromise the benefits of probiotics. Take this drink twice a day for better results.
