GreenOpia Vitamin D3 600 IU with K2 is an unflavoured, liquid-filled vegetarian capsule for adults. Each capsule provides 600 IU, or 15 mcg, of lichen-derived Vitamin D3 and 55 mcg of Vitamin K2 as MK-7 in a cold-pressed coconut-oil base. Vitamin D3 may support calcium absorption, bone mineralisation, muscle function and immune function. Vitamin K2 may support proteins involved in normal bone metabolism.

Take 1 capsule daily after a meal with water, or as directed by a doctor.
