Grazing Meadows Senna Capsules contain senna leaves. Senna is a stimulant laxative traditionally used to support bowel movement and may help with occasional constipation. It may stimulate the intestinal muscles, helping stools move through the digestive tract.

• Take the capsule by mouth, following the instructions on the product label.
• Do not take more than the recommended dose.

• Stomach pain or cramping
• Diarrhoea
• Nausea
• A change in urine colour, such as yellow-brown urine
• Serious allergic reactions may rarely cause breathing problems, swelling of the face or throat, rash, hives, dizziness, or fainting. Stop use and get medical help immediately if these occur.

• Do not use for more than 1 week unless a doctor tells you to do so.
• Do not use if you are allergic to senna or another ingredient in the product.
• Do not take senna if you have a gut blockage or tear, faecal impaction, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, appendicitis, digestive tract bleeding, rectal bleeding, or blood in your stools.
• Speak with a doctor before use if constipation occurs with stomach pain, nausea, or vomiting, or if a change in bowel habits lasts for 2 weeks or longer.
• Tell your doctor if you have an electrolyte imbalance, including low potassium.
• Tell your doctor about all medicines, vitamins, herbal products, and supplements you use. Senna may affect how some medicines work, and their timing may need to be adjusted.
• Stop use and contact a doctor promptly if you have rectal bleeding, blood in your stools, or cannot pass stools after taking senna.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Follow the storage instructions on the label. If none are provided, keep the product at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
