How to Use
- Wash your face before applying the bleach.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of bleach cream with one-quarter bleach powder.
- Mix for about 1 minute.
- Apply the mixture carefully to your face and neck.
- Leave it on for 15 minutes.
- Remove the bleach with a cotton ball, then rinse with cold water.
