Description
Fast&Up Reload Peach Iced Tea is an effervescent electrolyte and energy drink supplement for active lifestyles. Its hypotonic formula may support hydration, energy and electrolyte balance during workouts, training and other activities that cause sweating. It contains sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride, along with Vitamin C, Vitamin B12 and carbohydrates.
How to Use
- Drop 1 tablet into a glass or bottle containing 250 ml of drinking water.
- Let it fizz and dissolve fully for about 60 seconds.
- Once the fizzing stops, stir if needed and drink.
- Use chilled water for the best taste.
- Take 1 tablet a day when feeling dehydrated or tired. People who sweat during daily physical activity may take 2 to 3 tablets a day.
