Fast&Up Energy Gel Chocolate Bourbon is a ready-to-consume caffeinated gel for runners, cyclists, athletes and fitness enthusiasts during long or high-intensity activity. Each gel provides 100 kcal of energy, 25 g of quick-release carbohydrates and 310 mg of electrolytes. It also contains 30 mg of caffeine and uses Liquid Gel Technology.

Tear the sachet and squeeze the gel into your mouth.

Consume one gel 10 minutes before your workout. For long-duration activities such as running or cycling, consume one gel at intervals of 30 to 40 minutes during training or exercise.
