Evolve Xl Tube Of 5Gm Eye Ointment

Evolve XL Eye Ointment is a multi-dose, preservative-free, white and translucent eye ointment. It may provide long-lasting relief from dry eye sensation and may help soothe eye discomfort.

• Wash and dry your hands well.
• Remove the outer cap.
• Remove contact lenses before use.
• Gently pull down the lower eyelid to form a small pocket.
• Hold the tube upside down near the eye without touching the eye with the nozzle.
• Apply a thin line of ointment, about half an inch (1 centimetre), or use as directed by your doctor.
• Blink a few times.
• Wipe away any excess ointment around the eyelid with a tissue.

• A mild, temporary burning sensation may occur after application.
• Temporary blurred vision may occur after application.

• For use in the eyes only. Do not swallow.

• Wait until your vision is clear before driving or using machinery.
• If irritation persists or increases, stop use and consult your doctor.
• Do not touch the tip after opening, as this may contaminate the ointment.
• Do not store above 25°C.
• Discard the contents 30 days after first opening.
