1. Wash your hands properly before inserting the tampon.

2. Clean the vaginal area with Everteen Natural Intimate Wash or Everteen Intimate Hygiene Wipes.

3. Sit in a squat position or on a Western toilet seat with your legs apart.

4. Gently open the folds of skin around the vaginal opening. Hold the tampon at the middle and gently insert the applicator, including the plastic shells and viscose tampon.

5. Push the inner tube through the outer tube to place the tampon.

6. Gently pull out the outer tube so that both parts of the applicator are removed.
