Description
Everteen Small Menstrual Cup is a 23 ml period-care cup made from soft medical-grade silicone. It may support comfortable wear during your period.
How to Use
Wash your hands and the cup thoroughly, then rinse well. Sit in a relaxed squatting position. Fold the cup by pushing down its circumference and insert it with the open side facing up. Push it at about a 45-degree angle towards your pubic bone. Release the cup so it opens, then run a finger around the rim to check that it has formed a seal. Push gently until it sits comfortably.
To remove, relax, pinch the base to release the seal and gently pull the cup down. Empty, rinse and reinsert.
