Put the condom on the erect genital just before sexual intercourse. Keep the roll on the outside. Squeeze the teat end to release trapped air. While holding the end, place the condom on the genital and roll it down. After ejaculation, hold the condom firmly and remove it carefully while the genital is still erect.
