Dr Willmar Schwabe India Alpha-Coff Unflavoured Cough Syrup is a homeopathic formulation for symptomatic cough support in adults and children. It combines diluted plant- and mineral-derived remedies with excipients and an alcohol base. Traditionally used in homeopathy for different cough patterns, it may support throat comfort, mucus clearance and easier expectoration.

Shake well before use. Adults may take 1 to 2 teaspoons every 3 hours. Children should receive half the adult dose. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
