Dabur Nature Care Regular Powder is an ayurvedic Isabgol fibre powder that may help support bowel regularity and digestive health. Its finely processed psyllium husk absorbs water and forms a gel-like substance that may help soften stools and make them easier to pass. The formula also contains Amla and has a sweeter taste than plain Isabgol.

Adults and children above 12 years may take 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5 to 10 g) at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor. Use a dry spoon to measure the powder into a clean tumbler. Add approximately 200 ml of water, stir briskly and drink at once. Follow with a full glass of water.
