• Open the diaper and position it with the fasteners at the back.
• Lift the user's legs and slide the diaper under the bottom, keeping the larger portion towards the back.
• Centre the diaper so that it covers from waist to waist.
• Bring the front up between the legs and attach it to the back using the tape fasteners. Keep the fit snug but comfortable.
• Check the leg cuffs and waistband for gaps. Adjust the fit if needed to help prevent leaks.
• Change the diaper every 3 to 4 hours or immediately after soiling.
• After use, roll up the diaper, secure it with the tapes, and place it in a bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.
