For a standing person:

• Open the diaper and position it from front to back, with the narrow middle section between the legs.
• Hold it in place, secure the tapes, and adjust them for a comfortable fit.
• Pull out the leg cuffs properly to support leak protection around the thighs.

For a person lying down:

• Open the diaper and help the person turn onto their side.
• Position the diaper from front to back, keeping the middle section between the legs.
• Secure and adjust the tapes, then pull out the leg cuffs.

Changing and disposal:

• Clean and dry the skin thoroughly during each change.
• Change the diaper after every bowel movement or when the wetness indicator turns green.
