Description
Aroma Magic Oily Scalp Balancing Hair Toner is a leave-on scalp toner for oily scalps. Tea tree and fennel oils may help balance scalp pH and retain moisture in the hair follicles. Botanical extracts may help condition and nourish hair, while helping dull-looking hair appear refreshed.
How to Use
After shampooing and conditioning, apply 1 teaspoon of toner to the scalp. Do not apply conditioner to the scalp. Leave the toner on until the next wash.
