Allen A11 Eczema Drops are unflavoured homeopathic oral drops. Traditionally used in homeopathy for skin complaints, the formulation may help soothe itching, burning, swelling, redness, dryness and cracked skin.

Take 8 to 10 drops in half a cup of water. Follow the label or your doctor's instructions for how often to take them.
