Riset Forte Tablets Description

Riset Forte Tablet is a schizophrenia treatment that combines two medications. It works by interfering with the activity of specific chemical messengers in the brain. Riset Forte Tablet is best ta

ken at night, with or without food. However, it is recommended that you take it at the same time each day to provide a regular dose of medicine in your body. Follow your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. It's crucial not to stop taking this prescription without consulting your doctor, as it could worsen your symptoms. Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. Nausea, constipation, and mouth dryness are frequent side effects of this medication.
