ken at night, with or without food. However, it is recommended that you take it at the same time each day to provide a regular dose of medicine in your body. Follow your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. It's crucial not to stop taking this prescription without consulting your doctor, as it could worsen your symptoms. Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. Nausea, constipation, and mouth dryness are frequent side effects of this medication. This prescription may cause a fast drop in blood pressure when changing positions, so it's best to gently rise if you've been sitting or lying down. It also makes you feel dizzy and sleepy.

Directions for Use of Riset Forte Tablets
- This medicine is suggested to be taken once or twice a day, with or without food. The recommended initial dose is 2 mg/day orally, increased from day two if necessary to a maximum of 16 mg/day.

Interactions with other medicines
- Centrally-Acting Drugs: Riset ForteTablet should be used with caution when combined with other centrally active medicines due to the primary CNS effects of Riset Forte Tablet
- Agents with Hypotensive Effects-Riset ForteTablet's capacity to induce hypotension may enhance the hypotensive effects of other therapeutic drugs with similar potential.
- Levodopa and Dopamine Agonists-Riset Forte tablet can counteract the effects of levodopa and dopamine agonists.
- Amitriptyline did not affect the pharmacokinetics of Riset ForteTablet and 9-hydroxyrisperidone when taken together.
- Cimetidine and Ranitidine-Cimetidine and ranitidine, respectively, enhanced the bioavailability of Riset ForteTablet by 64% and 26%.

- Clozapine-Riset Forte tablet clearance may be reduced if clozapine is taken with it regularly.
- The simultaneous administration of Riset Forte tablet and valproate resulted in a 20% increase in valproate peak plasma concentration (Cmax).
- The Digoxin-Riset Forte pill (0.25 mg twice daily) demonstrated no clinically relevant effect on digoxin pharmacokinetics.
- Erythromycin-Riset Forte tablet and erythromycin did not have any significant interactions.
- Riset Forte pill and 9-hydroxyrisperidone steady-state plasma concentrations were lowered by roughly 50% when Carbamazepine and Carbamazepine were given together. Plasma levels of carbamazepine did not appear to be affected.
