Wokadine 10% Solu 500Ml

Wokadine 10% Solution is a topical antiseptic skin solution containing povidone iodine. It may help keep minor cuts, scrapes and burns clean by reducing germs on the skin. It is for external use only.

• Wash your hands before use.
• Clean the affected area thoroughly.
• Apply the solution directly to the affected skin area one to three times daily, or as advised by your doctor.
• Wash your hands after application.

• Topical antiseptic skin solution.
• Contains povidone iodine, which slowly releases iodine on the skin.
• Designed for direct application to the affected skin area.

• Mild, temporary skin irritation, redness or itching may occur at the application site.
• Severe burning, swelling or an allergic reaction may occur.

• For external use only. Do not apply inside the eyes, nose, ears or mouth.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient.
• Ask a doctor before use if you have a thyroid condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using it for a child. It is generally not recommended for newborn babies.
• Do not apply to the breast area while breastfeeding.
• Do not use on deep puncture wounds, animal bites or severe burns without medical supervision.
• Avoid using other antiseptics, disinfectants or medicated wound-care products on the same area unless advised by a doctor.
• Avoid products containing silver, mercury or hydrogen peroxide on the same area.
• Ask a doctor before use during lithium therapy or around radioiodine scans or treatment.
• It may affect thyroid function tests and some tests for haemoglobin or glucose in stool or urine.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if severe burning, swelling or signs of an allergic reaction occur, or if the area does not improve within a few days.
• The solution may stain skin and fabrics.
• Store at 15 °C to 30 °C. Do not freeze. Keep tightly closed and away from direct sunlight, moisture and high heat.
• Keep out of reach of children.
