Wellman 70 Plus is a gluten-free vitamin and mineral supplement formulated for men aged 70 and above. It combines 30 vitamins, trace elements and specialist nutrients, including Pumpkin Seed and Siberian Ginseng extracts. The formula may support normal energy release, immune health, cognitive function, vision, nervous system function and general vitality. It is vegetarian and contains soy.

Take one tablet daily with a main meal and swallow it with water. If the tablet is difficult to swallow, break it before taking it. Do not take it on an empty stomach.
