Step 1: Prepare Your Skin Choose the application area, wipe it with alcohol, and allow it to air dry completely. For best results, apply the sensor while fasted (early morning is ideal) Step 2: Apply the Sensor Remove the applicator cap, press the button, and place the sensor on the back of your upper arm. Apply the included, waterproof protective patch over the sensor to keep it secure during showers or workouts. STEP 3: Connect to the App Tap Activate inside the Ultrahuman app to pair via Bluetooth. After a 60-minute initialization period, your glucose data will start syncing automatically. The sensor may take up to 24 hours to be fully accurate.
