Ultrahuman M1 is a continuous glucose monitoring device with a wearable sensor and Bluetooth connectivity to the Ultrahuman app. It tracks glucose information 24/7 and may help users explore metabolic fitness through diet and exercise insights. The pack contains 5 sensors, and each sensor may be worn for up to 14 days.

1. Choose an area on the back of the upper arm. Wipe the skin with alcohol and allow it to air dry completely.

2. Remove the applicator cap, press the button and apply the sensor to the back of the upper arm. Place the protective patch over the sensor to help keep it secure during showers or workouts.

3. In the Ultrahuman app, tap Activate and pair the sensor through Bluetooth. Allow 60 minutes for initialisation. Data then syncs automatically, although readings may take up to 24 hours to become fully accurate.
