Tiger Balm Red Pain Relief Ointment is a warm topical ointment that may help soothe muscular aches, joint discomfort, tired muscles and exercise-related soreness. It may also help soothe itch from insect bites.

Adults and children over 12 years: rub well onto the affected area. Repeat 3 to 4 times daily.

• Warm ointment with a soothing aroma and reddish-brown colour from cassia oil (Dalchini Tail).

This product may cause allergic reactions in some people.

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not apply to wounds or damaged or irritated skin.
• Do not bandage the area, cover it with a wrap, or use a heating pad over it.
• Do not apply within 1 hour before bathing or within 30 minutes after bathing.
• For children aged 12 years or younger, consult a doctor before use.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a doctor before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
• Test on a small area before use because allergic reactions may occur.
