1. Wash your face thoroughly.
2. Wet your nose completely with water.
3. Remove the strip from its backing.
4. Apply the smooth side firmly to the wet nose.
5. Leave it on until dry and firm.
6. Peel it away slowly from the edges towards the centre.
7. Rinse away any remaining residue if needed.
