Otrivin Advance Menthol Freshness Adult Nasal Spray contains oxymetazoline hydrochloride. It is a metered nasal spray that may help relieve a blocked or congested nose and support easier breathing. Relief may begin in 25 seconds and may last for up to 12 hours.

• Before first use, spray the pump several times into the air until an even spray is produced.
• Repeat this priming process if the spray has not been used for a few days or does not produce an even spray.
• Clear your nose.
• Hold the bottle upright, with your thumb under the base and the nozzle between two fingers.
• Lean your head slightly forward and place the nozzle into one nostril.
• Spray while breathing in gently through your nose.
• Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the cap.
• If the full spray is not administered, do not repeat the dose.
