It has a nutty, sweet taste and is suitable for snacking or adding to meals. Each 100 g provides 19 g of plant-based protein and approximately 11 g of dietary fibre. The mix is vegan, vegetarian and alcohol-free.

Eat as a snack at any time of day. Have it before or after a workout, yoga session or sports activity, pack it in a child's lunchbox, or add it to salads, smoothies, yoghurt or oats.
