Description
Nutriorg Certified Organic Steel Cut Oats are plain, gluten-free whole grain oats for breakfast or a carbohydrate-rich meal. How to Use
Bring 1 cup of water or milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in 1/2 cup of steel cut oats and reduce the heat to medium. Add a pinch of salt for a savoury taste or a spoon of honey for sweetness. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, cover and leave aside for 2 to 3 minutes.
For microwave cooking, combine 1 cup of water or milk, 1/2 cup of steel cut oats and a pinch of salt.
