Naturolax-A Tasty Orange Flavour is an oral powder containing Ispaghula husk, a dietary fibre from the seed coat of Plantago ovata. When mixed with water, it forms a gel-like substance that may increase the water content of stools and support bowel regularity.

Take the dose and for the duration advised by your doctor. Dissolve the powder in a full glass of water or another liquid, stir completely, and drink it straight away, preferably after meals. If the mixture becomes too thick after standing, add more liquid before drinking.
