MyFitFuel L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is an unflavoured pre-workout powder for adults. It contains AAKG, a form of L-arginine paired with alpha-ketoglutarate, and is presented as a caffeine-free pre-workout option. It may support nitric oxide production and blood flow during exercise.

Mix 1/4 spoon, equal to 2 g, with 150 ml of water in a shaker bottle. Shake and consume immediately. It may also be mixed with your favourite juice. For pre-workout use, take 2 g 30 to 45 minutes before training.
