Side effects from infant formulas are uncommon but can occur, particularly if a baby is sensitive to specific ingredients. Possible reactions may include:

Before preparing the feed, clean the utensils and spoon thoroughly. Sterilise them by placing them in boiling water for at least 5 minutes.

Use the scoop provided in the tin. Refer to the feeding guide and add the required number of level scoops into a clean, dry bowl.

Add a small amount of lukewarm water (that has been previously boiled) and mix until a smooth paste forms.

Slowly add more water while stirring until you reach the amount recommended in the feeding guide.

Feed the baby when the mixture is at body temperature.

Always prepare a fresh feed. Discard any leftover formula and keep the tin tightly sealed after use.

Precautions and Warnings

This product is not a replacement for breast milk.

Follow the scoop instructions exactly. Using fewer scoops can result in inadequate nutrition; using more can reduce the water content your baby needs.

Feed the prepared formula within 30 minutes of preparation. Discard it if left unused, as it may develop harmful bacteria.

Finish the contents within three weeks of opening or by the expiry date — whichever is sooner.

Start infant food only after 6 months of age and continue up to 2 years, alongside breastfeeding.
