Laxopeg Kid Sachet 8.5Gm Powder

Laxopeg Kid Sachet 8.5 g Powder is a pediatric laxative formulation meant to help children pass stools easily when they are constipated. Its main action is osmotic: it draws water into the intestines to soften the stool and make bowel movements smoother and less painful. The sachet is to be dissolved in water before use. It is designed for short-term relief of occasional constipation, not for long-term daily use.

Polyethylene Glycol 3350 (osmotic laxative)

• Nausea or mild stomach discomfort
• Bloating or gas
• Abdominal cramps or pain
• Diarrhoea if overdosed
• Rare: blood in stools (see your doctor immediately)

• Dissolve one sachet (8.5 g) in about 120 ml of water and stir until a clear solution forms.
• Give the entire solution to the child to drink.
• Use as directed by your physician, typically once daily.
• If no bowel movement in 1-2 days, consult your doctor instead of increasing the dose.

• Not recommended for children under 8 years unless the doctor allows
• Do not use if there is intestinal blockage or perforation
• Stop use and seek medical help if there is abdominal pain, vomiting, or bleeding
