Himalaya Galactosure Kesar is a traditional Ayurvedic granule formulation for lactating mothers. It may support nutritional needs, healthy lactation, and general wellness after childbirth. It contains shatavari, moringa, fennel, methi, and saffron.

Take 2 scoopfuls (10 g) twice daily with one glass of milk, or as directed by your doctor. No sugar needs to be added. Use within 60 days after opening.
