Grazing Meadows Senna Capsules contain senna leaf extract. Senna is a stimulant laxative that may support bowel regularity and relief from occasional constipation by helping the intestinal muscles move stool through the bowel.

Take the capsule by mouth following the product label. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Check the label before use because handling instructions can vary among senna products.

• Common side effects may include stomach pain or cramps, diarrhoea, nausea, and a yellow-brown change in urine colour.
• A serious allergic reaction may cause breathing problems, wheezing, a racing heart, fever, swollen lymph nodes, swelling of the face or throat, trouble swallowing, itching, a rash, hives, vomiting, dizziness, fainting, stomach cramps, or joint pain. Stop use and seek immediate medical help if these symptoms occur.

• Do not use if you are allergic to senna or another ingredient in the product.
• Ask a doctor before use if constipation occurs with stomach pain, nausea, or vomiting.
• Do not use senna if you have a gut blockage or tear, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, appendicitis, faecal impaction, digestive tract bleeding, rectal bleeding, or blood in the stool.
• Do not use for more than 1 week unless a doctor advises it.
• Stop use and contact a doctor immediately if rectal bleeding, blood in the stool, or an inability to pass stool occurs after use.
• Tell your doctor about all medicines, vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and supplements you use. Senna may affect how some medicines work or when they should be taken.
• Consult a doctor before use if you have had a change in bowel habits for 2 weeks or more or have an electrolyte imbalance such as low potassium.
• If you follow a low-sodium diet, check the product label or ask a doctor because some senna products contain sodium.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, unless the label provides different instructions.
