• Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin on exposed areas 15 to 20 minutes before sun exposure.
• Massage gently in circular motions until fully absorbed.
• Reapply about every 2 hours while outdoors and after swimming, heavy sweating, or towel-drying.
• When using other skin care or makeup, apply this lotion first and let it absorb fully before applying other products.
