Cipla Ors Orange Powder 21 G

Cipla ORS Orange Powder is a vegetarian oral rehydration powder with dextrose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and sodium citrate. It may help replenish fluids and electrolytes lost during diarrhoea, vomiting, muscle cramping, exercise or hot weather.

Boil water and let it cool. Add 1 teaspoonful of powder to 200 ml, or 1 glass, of cooled water and stir well.

For infants and children, use 1 to 2 litres, or 5 to 10 glasses, over 24 hours. For adults, use 2 to 4 litres, or 10 to 20 glasses, over 24 hours. The amount depends on age and the severity of dehydration.

• Consult a doctor before use if you have reduced kidney function or an intestinal obstruction.
• Use the prepared solution within 24 hours.
