Attar Ayurveda Gond Katira Pure (Edible Gum) - 200 Grams

Attar Ayurveda Gond Katira Pure is unflavoured edible gum in granule form. Traditionally used in summer drinks, Gond Katira is a natural gum that contains protein, fibre and calcium. It is also called tragacanth gum, Katheera, Haloosiyaa and Dink.

To prepare a Gond Katira drink, soak approximately 5 grams in approximately 100 ml of water overnight. Once soft and fluffy, wash it thoroughly with clean water. Place it in a glass of water, add 1 tbs sugar and stir well. Add crushed ice before serving. Rose syrup may be used instead of sugar for taste.
