How to Use
- Stand or sit with your knee straight.
- Measure around the middle of your thigh, about 6 inches above the knee.
- For Medium, choose the wrap if your thigh circumference is 43 to 49 cm. If your measurement is at the upper limit, choose one size larger.
- Wrap it around the knee, fasten the hook-and-loop closure and adjust the grip for a secure fit.
