Torcof Mint Cough Syrup is a combination medicine that may provide temporary relief from a dry, non-productive cough, chest congestion, nasal congestion and allergy symptoms. It contains dextromethorphan hydrobromide, phenylephrine and cetirizine, which act on the cough reflex, swollen nasal blood vessels and histamine-related allergy symptoms.

• Shake the bottle well before each use.
• Measure the dose prescribed by your doctor with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Do not use a household spoon because it may give an incorrect dose.
• Take it 2 to 3 times a day or follow your doctor's instructions. The correct dose depends on age, body weight and medical condition.
• It may be taken with or without food. Taking it with food may help if you have a sensitive stomach.
• Drinking plenty of water and using a room humidifier may help loosen mucus and soothe the throat.
