Spasma Syrup 200Ml

Spasma Syrup contains ammonium chloride and herbal ingredients with expectorant, soothing, anti-inflammatory, bronchodilator, and anti-histaminic properties. It may help loosen mucus, ease respiratory discomfort, and support clearer breathing.
