Romsons Dignity Adult XL Diapers are unisex disposable adult diapers designed to provide absorbent protection for bladder or bowel leakage. They have a double-layered absorbent core, leg cuffs, adjustable side tapes and a wetness indicator.

1. Sanitise your hands and take out one diaper.
2. Stretch and open the diaper. Avoid touching the inside.
3. Fold it gently along its length without making creases.
4. Keep the taped side at the back and the side without tapes at the front.
5. Pass the diaper between the legs from front to back.
6. Bring the rear panels to the front and fasten the side tapes to the front tape surface.
7. Adjust the side leak guards for a comfortable fit.
8. Dispose of the used diaper after use.
