Optimum Nutrition (ON) Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Double Rich Chocolate Flavour is a vegetarian whey protein powder drink mix for healthy adults. Each serving provides 24 g of blended protein, with whey protein isolate as the primary source, and 5.5 g of naturally occurring branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). It may support muscle building, strength and post-workout recovery when used with a balanced diet and exercise programme.

Mix 1 scoop of powder, equal to 30.4 g, with 180 ml to 240 ml of cold water, milk or another beverage. Stir, shake or blend until dissolved. Have it 30 to 60 minutes after exercise, or at another time of day as part of a balanced, high-protein diet. Use 1 serving per day.
