Omron Hbf 214 Digital Full Body Composition Monitor

Omron HBF 214 is a digital full body composition monitor for checking body weight and body composition at home. It provides readings for body fat percentage, skeletal muscle percentage, BMI, body age, resting metabolism and visceral fat level. It uses the Bioelectrical Impedance method to estimate body fat percentage.

For body composition measurement, the monitor uses electrical impedance together with height, weight, age and gender information to generate results.
