Grazing Meadows Amla Powder is made from amla, also called Indian gooseberry. It can be included in daily nutrition routines or used as a hair mask. Amla is a natural source of vitamin C and has a traditional place in Ayurveda-based hair-care and wellness routines.

For daily nutrition: Mix ½ to 1 teaspoon in warm water, honey or juice once daily, preferably in the morning. Start with a smaller amount.

For a hair mask: Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons with warm water or curd into a smooth paste. Rest for 15 minutes, apply from root to tip, leave for 30 to 45 minutes, then rinse with plain water or a mild shampoo.
