• Wash and dry your hands before use.
• Remove the release paper from the back of the pad.
• Place the pad firmly on your underwear with the adhesive side facing down.
• Fold the wings around both sides of the underwear.
• Adjust the pad for a comfortable and secure fit.
• Change it regularly or more often depending on your flow.
• Wrap the used pad and dispose of it in a dustbin. Do not flush it.
