• Sit in a relaxed squatting position.
• Use a punch-down fold and insert the cup with the open side facing up.
• Push it at approximately a 45-degree angle towards your pubic bone.
• Release the cup so it opens inside. Run a finger around the rim to check that it has fully opened and formed a seal.
• Push gently until the cup sits comfortably in place.
• To remove it, relax, pinch the base to release the seal and gently pull the cup downwards. Empty, rinse and reinsert.
