Dr. Patkar's Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother is a raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised liquid made from apples. The Mother is a cloudy, strand-like sediment containing enzymes, proteins and friendly bacteria.

Shake well before use. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 ml) in a glass of water. Take on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals. Do not drink it undiluted.
