Dr. Odin Digital Blood Pressure Monitor (Black)-Tsb-602S

Dr. Odin TSB-602S is an automatic upper-arm digital blood pressure monitor. It uses an oscillometric measurement method and displays systolic, diastolic and pulse readings. It offers voice guidance, dual-user memory, automatic shutdown, and battery or USB power support.

• Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Avoid tea, coffee or exercise for 30 minutes before the reading.
• Sit upright with your back supported. Keep your feet flat on the floor and do not cross your legs.
• Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, 2 cm above the elbow. It should feel snug, not tight.
• Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level. Relax your hand and keep still.
• Press the Start/On button. Stay still and do not talk while the cuff inflates and deflates.
• Read the Sys, Dia and Pulse values on the screen. Record them with the date and time.
