Contour Plus blood glucose test strips are for use with compatible Contour Plus Elite and Contour Plus blood glucose meters. Each test needs a small 0.6 µl blood sample. Second-Chance Sampling allows more blood to be added to the same strip if the first sample is insufficient.

• Insert a strip into a compatible Contour Plus Elite or Contour Plus blood glucose meter.
• Apply a 0.6 µl blood sample to the strip's sample tip.
• If the first sample is insufficient, add more blood to the same strip within the allowed Second-Chance Sampling time for the meter.

• Sip-in sample tip draws blood into the strip.
• Second-Chance Sampling allows 60 seconds with the Contour Plus Elite meter and 30 seconds with the Contour Plus meter.
• Contour Plus blood glucose monitoring systems meet ISO 15197:2013 requirements.

• Check the use-by date on the strips or box before use.
• Check the batch code and shelf life on the product package.
