Dr Bakshi's Bakson Homoeopathy Aller Aid Tablet is an unflavoured homoeopathic combination traditionally used to help manage allergy-related symptoms. It may help with sneezing, runny or blocked nose, watery eyes, sore throat, body aches, tiredness and breathing discomfort linked with congestion.

Take orally with a meal. The dose depends on the type of case:

• Acute cases: 1 tablet 4 times a day
• Chronic cases: 1 tablet twice a day
• Mild to moderate cases: 1 tablet 3 times a day
• Maintenance dose: 1 tablet twice a day
