Allen Kalmegh Syrup is an unflavoured homeopathic preparation traditionally used to support liver function, digestion and appetite. It may help with concerns such as a sluggish liver, reduced appetite, indigestion and abdominal fullness. It contains 5.8% v/v alcohol.

Adults may take 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls, approximately 5 ml to 10 ml, three times a day after meals. Follow the product label or the doctor's directions.
